Changes for version 0.0.3 - 2008-07-20

  • remove incorrect references to strength of randomness
  • Time::HiRes in srand default behavior
  • no List::Util shuffle since it doesn't give us any more randomness really.
  • "seen" check and corresponding 'skip_seen_check'
  • duplicate test (10000 calls w/ no arguments)
