Changes for version 0.0.4 - 2008-07-23

  • added seed_calc_with()
  • removed 'use_time_hires', 'skip_seen_check', and 'srand_seeder_coderef' option keys (no longer applicable)
  • added 'get_random_index' option key
  • no implicit and multiple srand()
  • 10K dupe test to 10000K
  • optional 1 million dupe test (!default due to time and memory for tracking hash)
  • finally this module is what I originally intended
