rt 79345 (thanks Gian!): Failed to recursively create dir if the first part solves to false

recursive versions of mkdir() and rmdir() without as much overhead as File::Path

To install File::Path::Tiny, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::Path::Tiny

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::Path::Tiny
