make zero length file waning respect verbose setting
prevent "Missing argument in sprintf at ..." warnings from being triggered
Added $Cpanel::SyncUtil::is_setuid coderef to enable specifying that known setuid binaries

To install cPanel::SyncUtil, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm cPanel::SyncUtil

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install cPanel::SyncUtil
