Changes for version 0.6 - 2008-04-03

make lib.pm test eval'd and SKIP:able since at least one 5.00505 perl choked on lib->import fix test mkdir call to be old compat as well

use lib, without having to use memory by loading Config

To install lib::tiny, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm lib::tiny

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install lib::tiny
