  • fixed bug spotted by Rob Hartill so perl_cmds[] is not prematurely terminated
  • added Bundle::Apache module for use with CPAN.pm
  • fixed Constants/Makefile.PL so -I picks up $(APACHE_SRC) no matter what, thanks to Mike Stok
