fixes
- Fixed a crash when rendering to slots when a default slot was not present/no inheritance
- Fixed a template to inheriting from outside src tree
- Fixed errors from breaking changes in Error::Show. Updated dep to v0.5.0. This still needs future work to address error reporting accuracy.
