Changes for version 0.17 - 2025-02-22

Fixed an issue with converting floating point second values to nanoseconds. These could be converted to numbers which Perl stringified as an integer, but which really had a non-integer component. Fixed by @n1vux (Bill Ricker). Fixes GH #14 via PR #15.

To install DateTime::Format::ISO8601, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DateTime::Format::ISO8601

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DateTime::Format::ISO8601
