Add Dist::CheckConflicts to both configures and runtime dependency lists for modules which use this plugin.

Declare conflicts for your distro

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Conflicts, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Conflicts

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Conflicts
