Changes for version 0.03 - 2012-02-05

Add a real compiler check to the generated Build.PL. If there is no usable compiler, then XS compilation is automatically disabled.

Add a --pp option to your Build.PL to force an XS-less build

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ModuleBuild::XSOrPP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ModuleBuild::XSOrPP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ModuleBuild::XSOrPP
