Changes for version 0.14 - 2016-11-28

Configured the pod weaving to leave commented out pod in place when weaving when it's not at the end of the file; This prevents changing line numbers and creating un-tidy source code.
Configured to use Pod::Coverage::Moose and ignore BUILD / BUILDALL / DEMOLISH subroutines for pod coverage by default
Depend on the latest version of the DROLSKY bundle to get some fixes in that bundle.

MaxMind's plugin bundle

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::MAXMIND, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::MAXMIND

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::MAXMIND
