Changes for version 0.05 - 2009-05-17

Update the Moose::Params::Validate prereq so it requires the version we really need (0.08+).
Removed Cwd and FindBin from our prereq list.

Watch for changes to files, cross-platform style

Inotify-based watcher subclass

To install File::ChangeNotify, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::ChangeNotify

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::ChangeNotify
