Changes for version 0.07

Some parameters which should have allowed undef were not allowing it.
When an incoming cookie contained an invalid session id and a new session was created, the old session id was still being set in the cookie for that request. Reported by Warren Welch.

Add a session to the Mason Request object

To install HTML::Mason::Request::WithApacheSession, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::Mason::Request::WithApacheSession

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::Mason::Request::WithApacheSession
