Changes for version 0.11

Make sure Mason modules are loaded before declaring HTML::Mason::Exception subclass. Previously, loading this module before loading HTML::Mason::Exceptions caused this module to die.
Fixed a pod nit.

Add a session to the Mason Request object

To install MasonX::Request::WithApacheSession, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MasonX::Request::WithApacheSession

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MasonX::Request::WithApacheSession
