Changes for version 0.23

Changed the 01-basic.t tests to not use the Apache::Session::Lock::File module, since file locking may not work on all platforms.

Add a session to the Mason Request object

To install MasonX::Request::WithApacheSession, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MasonX::Request::WithApacheSession

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MasonX::Request::WithApacheSession
