Add MX_PARAMS_VALIDATE_ALLOW_EXTRA which allows extra parameters in validation calls (like allow_extra for Params::Validate).
Converted to Test::Fatal.

To install MooseX::Params::Validate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::Params::Validate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::Params::Validate
