Changes for version 1.14 - 2007-01-21

Fixed leap year check to produce the right answer for years outside of the 32-bit epoch range (such as 1900 and 2100). See rt.perl.org #31241. Reported by Nathan Zook.

efficiently compute time from local and GMT time

To install Time::Local, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Local

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Local
