Fixed a pretty bad bug causing failures to remove view-private files it didn't create.

To install ClearCase::SyncTree, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ClearCase::SyncTree

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ClearCase::SyncTree
