POD work.
Added an optimization; when comparing src-vs-dest files, compare sizes before invoking File::Compare::cmp(). This is not only faster, it stops ClearCase from having to construct cleartext for every file just to compare it.

To install ClearCase::SyncTree, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ClearCase::SyncTree

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ClearCase::SyncTree
