NOW REQUIRES Perl 5.6.0 (new features turn out to require new ops).
Fixed mkelem -dir bug when run in a view-private dir within a dynamic view.
Added 'ct extensions' cmd to list defined extensions and what package they come from.

cpanm ClearCase::Wrapper

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ClearCase::Wrapper
