Changes for version 1.05 - 2002-03-01

Moved help code into ClearCase::Wrapper module from cleartool.plx. Simpler, cleaner, and now 'ct help' shows extensions.

cpanm ClearCase::Wrapper

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ClearCase::Wrapper
