Changes for version 1.18 - 2013-03-09

cleartool.plx and wrapdebug: autoflush STDOUT for background use.
renamed wrapdebug to cleartool.dbg, so that it can be used as ipc process in ClearCase::Argv Thanks to Marc Girod for these changes.

To install ClearCase::Wrapper, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ClearCase::Wrapper

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ClearCase::Wrapper
