Changes for version 1.19 - 2013-08-09

Fixed a typo and some warnings, also a quoting bug.
This also includes a whitespace cleanup, so the diff is large but the diff -w is small. Thanks to Anders Petersen Girod for these changes.

General-purpose wrapper for cleartool

To install ClearCase::Wrapper, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ClearCase::Wrapper

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ClearCase::Wrapper
