Changes for version 0.11 - 2010-08-18

remove build warnings with newer Module::Install versions
replace savesvpv() with custom function to not pass around trailling NULL bytes (also fixes unrelated #619309)

To install Gearman::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Gearman::XS
