Changes for version 0.17.4 - 2013-08-31
- 0.17.1-4 are attempts to get the distribution on to CPAN and to get it passed by CPAN Testers. No new functionality. Copyright character changed to E<copy> to all three .pm files. 20folders.t changed to skip if Outlook not installed. Use version numbering as in http://www.dagolden.com/index.php/369/version-numbers-should-be-boring/ so this one is 0.017_004. Version changed in various json and yml files.
