Patch from Brett T Warden <bwarden@wgz.com> to do non-Roman alphabet languages. Also fixed test.pl to get language list and added PREREQ_PM hash to Makefile.PL

Perl extension for translation via babelfish

To install WWW::Babelfish, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::Babelfish

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Babelfish
