Changes for version 1.19 - 2011-06-21

Fixed a pasto in the "Support" section.
Moved repostitory to [GitHub](https://github.com/theory/class-meta/).
Fixed installation documentation in the READE so that it demonstrates using `Build.PL rather than `Makefile.PL`, as the latter is not included in the distribution.

Mason callback support via Params::CallbackRequest.

To install MasonX::Interp::WithCallbacks, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MasonX::Interp::WithCallbacks

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MasonX::Interp::WithCallbacks
