Changes for version 3.23 - 2010-09-08

Disable --failures by default.
Enable --comments by default. This is so that failure diagnostics will appear even when not in verbose mode. This is how the `pg_prove` distributed with pgTAP works. Use --no-comments or --quiet to disable them.

To install TAP::Parser::SourceHandler::pgTAP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TAP::Parser::SourceHandler::pgTAP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install TAP::Parser::SourceHandler::pgTAP
