Changes for version 0.019 - 2020-03-26

fixed the test suite breaking because recent versions of PDL::Lite no longer export sequence() (RT #131753) (GitHub issue #2: https://github.com/ebaudrez/PDL-NDBin/issues/2). Reported by Slaven Rezić and Rebecca Loiselle (thank you!).
