Small update to use Devel::CheckLib so that I can monitor cpan testers better (EDECA)

Perl extension for reassembly of TCP/IP streams using the libnids package

To install Net::LibNIDS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::LibNIDS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::LibNIDS
