Changes for version 0.21 - 2026-09-15
- Builds on older toolchains (compilers defaulting to C89, glibc before 2.27, no kernel headers) and now requires 64-bit pointers.
- New: compact() reclaims arena space on demand.
- Many correctness and concurrency fixes across the arena, freeze, locking and tied-argument paths, plus taint-mode support and faster, leaner reads on TTL and large maps.
- Re-measure benchmarks; correct the docs and SECURITY.
