Changes for version 0.22

don't run load tests when Test::More is version 1.1.14; it has a bug leading to our tests to fail incorrectly (something about plan being output more than once)

Ensure that the dependency listing is complete

Heavy style for checking for dependencies.

Light style for checking for dependencies.

To install Test::Dependencies, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Dependencies

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Dependencies
