Changes for version 0.07

Fixed problem with return value of "start". Optimized "stats". Added stress test related to groups, which unfortunately seems to fail on Tiger (with its crippled libevent support).

To install Cache::Memcached::Managed, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Cache::Memcached::Managed

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Cache::Memcached::Managed
