Changes for version 0.06

Brought up to BPB standards. Made the error message if no DATA handle found, hopefully more understandable.

make sure only one invocation of a script is active at a time

To install Sys::RunAlone, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sys::RunAlone

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sys::RunAlone
