Changes for version 0.09

Added "silent" option so that a script can indicate whether or not it wants to tell the world whether it saw a previous incarnation running.

make sure only one invocation of a script is active at a time

To install Sys::RunAlone, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sys::RunAlone

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sys::RunAlone
