Thread-Conveyor-0.13

Changes for version 0.13

Use "load.pm" instead of AutoLoader. Changed dependency on Thread::Tie to version 0.08 (which also uses load.pm).
Added check for availability of methods again: load.pm does support that, whereas AutoLoader does not.
