Thread-Exit-0.05

Changes for version 0.05

Cleaned up Makefile.PL and updated copyright info. Increased dependency on Thread::Serialize to 0.06.
Fixed some warnings that could be fixed. Added message for those warnings that can not be fixed (for now).

provide thread-local exit(), BEGIN {} and END {}

To install Thread::Exit, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Thread::Exit

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Thread::Exit
