Changes for version 0.04

Added documentation and test-suite for checkpoint functionality, which is basically inherited from the latest Thread::Pool. Increased dependency on Thread::Pool in Makefile.PL.

resolve logs asynchronously

To install Thread::Pool::Resolve, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Thread::Pool::Resolve

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Thread::Pool::Resolve
