Changes for version 0.06

Cleaned up Makefile.PL and updated copyright info. Made sure the test-suite runs ok with warnings enabled.
Removed our and ":unique" attribute as with all of my other Thread::xxx modules.

thread-safe queues for any data-structure

To install Thread::Queue::Any, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Thread::Queue::Any

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Thread::Queue::Any
