Hopefully fixed test-suite for none thread enabled Perls. Updated to use new VERSION feature of Devel::Required.

To install Thread::Queue::Monitored, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Thread::Queue::Monitored

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Thread::Queue::Monitored
