Changes for version 0.07

Eric Garland found that a race condition existed with the marking whether a thread is running. Fixed by marking the thread as running in the parent thread, rather than in the thread itself.

provide non-blocking check whether threads are running

To install Thread::Running, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Thread::Running

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Thread::Running
