Changes for version 0.04

Cleaned up Makefile.PL and adapted copyright info. Increased dependency on Thread::Signal.

To install Thread::Status, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Thread::Status

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Thread::Status
