Changes for version 0.09

Frank Tolstrup pointed out that many of the tests wouldn't run under Windows because of quoting issues. Adapted the test so that would not be an issue anymore. Hope this is the last one of today ;-)

control when subroutines will be loaded

To install load, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm load

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install load
