Changes for version 0.08

Added wildcard functionality to "only_for", and the possibility to specify multiple "only_for"'s in on call.. Rearranged pod slightly to de-emphasize command line parameter handling, as we now support having persona dependent code simply in a script. Adapted tests to test for new functionalities.

To install persona, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm persona

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install persona
