Changes for version 0.11

Some pod fixes and brought up to current code esthetics. Also checked it runs on 5.14.2 threaded and unthreaded.

control which code will be loaded for an execution context

To install persona, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm persona

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install persona
