Changes for version 0.99 - 2008-05-25

Addition of characters used by III ILSs which are not covered by the official LoC codetables. Thanks go to Galen Charlton.
Removed PREREQ_FATAL from Makefile.PL to make CPAN testers happy

compile the LoC mapping table

print the marc8 conversion table as HTML

convert MARC-8 encoded strings to UTF-8

To install MARC::Charset, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MARC::Charset

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MARC::Charset
