Changes for version 1.2 - 2010-05-11

use Storable::nfreeze instead of Storable::freeze to get a more portable character set database. Reported and fixed by Niko Tyni of debian http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=579517

compile the LoC mapping table

print the marc8 conversion table as HTML

convert MARC-8 encoded strings to UTF-8

To install MARC::Charset, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MARC::Charset

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MARC::Charset
