Changes for version 0.61 - 2004-05-09

need to require MARC::Record v1.36 since it renames is_control_tag() to is_control_field().

Work with MARC data encoded as XML

in lib/MARC/File/SAX.pm

To install MARC::File::SAX, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MARC::File::SAX

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MARC::File::SAX
