when Module::Build runs instead of Module::Build::Tiny, now capturing all errors (from MBT or other configure prerequisites) and printing them

Generate a Build.PL that uses Module::Build::Tiny, falling back to Module::Build as needed

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ModuleBuildTiny::Fallback, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ModuleBuildTiny::Fallback

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ModuleBuildTiny::Fallback
