name, description, and always_recommend options are now prefaced with dashes, just like -phase and -relationship (to avoid naming conflicts)

Specify prerequisites for optional features in your dist

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature
